Well Majority wins, Meaning the Tuju will be placed as a new Race. So now we need to cover requirements and restrictions. First and foremost, the most important area concerning this new race is the fusing ability. Its a Unique trait of the tuju shown in this weeks episode, but poses the biggest threat of all. The race is already a powerful force that can rival a captain or espada, or even a kage. With the fuse they could bring other victims into them alter and gain even more power. Such a thing will make them a force that is devastating. Imagine a Vasto, or espada, or even vaizard being fused. OR a Shinigami or Shinobi. It could gain a Hollow form, Mask abilities, jutsu, Kidou or even other zan powers by consuming victims. This is a trait i will declare that will not be used by the race cause of its godmod nature in a basic glance.

What i want to ask... With a race that bares so much power right from the beginning, I believe it needs to be limited in number. What i want to cover Next is How many should be allowed.

Due to activity i would only want one or two running around since were starting out with customs starting at the very bottom it might make it difficult to not get killed or Fused with the Tojo.

2 Tuju will be allowed. but players must ask to gain them. i am allowing only two cause in the end, we still are allowing one fused shinigami (From the Blade frenzy, the shinigami who merged with his zanpakutou.) so I will classify both within the same area. of which if he ever finishes. Darch will have this character position.)
